This issue has been verified Visual Studio 17.13 Preview 2.1 (9.0.30 & 9.0.14). Can repro this issue on iOS platform. And on 8.0.100 works fine. |

Description
When testing with the CarouselViewHandler2 on iOS, the view was not rendered correctly and scrolled vertically when LinearItemsLayout orientation set to vertical. Instead, it displayed horizontally and scrolled horizontally. I have attached videos to showcase the issue.
