I8_Headers_and_Footers - Overlapping header and missing footer text

Description

The header text overlaps with the first item on the list and the footer text is missing.

Affected case:
I8 - String header and footer for Vertical list

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests on Mac/iOS platform.
2. Click I8 -> Headers and footers -> Header and footer (string)
3. You will see that the header text overlaps with the first item on the list and when you scroll to the bottom, you will see that the footer text is also missing.

Actual Behavior:
The header text overlaps with the first item on the list and the footer text is missing.

Expected Behavior:
The header text shouldn't overlap with the items on the list and the footer text should be visible at the bottom.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. The issue cannot be repro on 9.0.40-ci.main.25062.1 & 8.0.3.

This issue doesn't repro on latest MAUI release 9.0.30 & 9.0.0 & 8.0.100 with CollectionView2 handlers.
