Release signature or a checksum for the static list #6

I appreciate the static list being publicly available. However, there seems to be no cryptographic signature or even checksum which we could use to verify the integrity of the file.

Similarly, there seems to be only a "latest" version of the list. It would be nice if the releases were versioned so that we can check when an update is needed.

Will make a note internally about the checksum.

The list is published monthly on the 1st.
