How to bootstrap @dword-design/base?
It devdepend on @dword-design/proxyquire that in turn devdepend on @dword-design/base thus creating a circular dependency.

Hey @Alessandro-Barbieri, you're right, there are circular dependencies. I haven't had any issues with this yet which is why I decided to habe them so I can use @dword-design/base in all projects to keep config files up to date. It works out fine because there are range dependencies in package.json. Do you have issues with it? Let me know which in case there are any.
