At the moment "vitamin B6" is a synonym of pyridoxine (CHEBI:16709), but not of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (CHEBI:18405).
I would suggest to do the contrary, and have "vitamin B6" a synonym of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (CHEBI:18405), but not of pyridoxine (CHEBI:16709).
