Vitamin B6 has many forms.
The metabolically active for of vitamin B6 is Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B6

At the moment "vitamin B6" is a synonym of pyridoxine (CHEBI:16709), but not of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (CHEBI:18405).
I would suggest to do the contrary, and have "vitamin B6" a synonym of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (CHEBI:18405), but not of pyridoxine (CHEBI:16709).
