Update Tableau "dimension" naming conventions #50

  • Key family dimensions in the key family order with the position as prefix ## -., for example:
01 - Adjustment indicator
01 - Adjustment indicator ID
02 - Balance sheet item 
02 - Balance sheet item ID
…
Etc

The above displayed groupings (by dimension name) would be nice to have.

  • Prefix metadata items to with M -, as follows:
M - Break
M - Break ID
