Enhanced DCEGM

Ishkakov and Rust's DCEGM technique was replicated by Morgenson. But this is a discrete continuous endogenous growth implementation for a 1D problem.

CDC has ideas for how to improve DCEGM. Some of this is implemented in Shujaat Khan's job market paper. Ishkakov + CDC + Khan would like to reapply the new technique to the original context. This is half-drafted at the moment.

This Enhanced DCEGM is still for a 1D problem. It is not in HARK yet.

The multidimensional case G2EGM has been tried by Morgenson but not finished. This is the tool needed for the housing problem (which is multidimensional).

IF the trick CDC gave Khan works for DCEGM, it will work for Enhanced G2EGM.
