Vorschlag für ein enhancement:

Aktion(en) zur ersten Eintragung der Grundsprache des Textes wenn noch keine vorhanden ist (und ggfls. das Elternelement auch noch fehlt).

Ggfls. in profileDesc/langUsage/language, oder in TEI/text/@xml:lang.

Damit zusammenhängend: In der Dateivolage könnte ggfls. profileDesc/langUsage schon angelegt werden.
