The current version is limited to following the grammar notes of Bunye (1971) where the letter c is not a listed as a consonant (Cebu is Sugbu or Sibu), and ch is supposed to be ts in sinugbuanong binisaya (e.g. tsuya, tsada). But yes, these terms should be accepted.
The most notable word is
cebu
It doesn't encode properly as the letter
c
is not present in the consonant array.Other examples:

chula
These words may be new but I think they are worth mentioning.
