Words with the letter "C" not decoding correctly

The most notable word is cebu

It doesn't encode properly as the letter c is not present in the consonant array.

Other examples:
chicharon
chada
chuya
chula

These words may be new but I think they are worth mentioning.

The current version is limited to following the grammar notes of Bunye (1971) where the letter c is not a listed as a consonant (Cebu is Sugbu or Sibu), and ch is supposed to be ts in sinugbuanong binisaya (e.g. tsuya, tsada). But yes, these terms should be accepted.
