Enable transparent mode

A configuration in which the proxy intercepts and forwards network traffic from clients without requiring any configuration changes on the client side.
Users should only generate, trust the certificate and run the proxy.

@Ryouku enabling a fully transparent mode needs a big enhancement and I don't have time to do that at the moment, if you need a working transparent proxy I recommend you mitmproxy (for now only on windows and macos) [last version in --mode local]
