Scrolling while drawing throws an error #132

If you move the scroll wheel while drawing, a TypeError is thrown:

_this.interactionSM.handleMouseWheel is not a function

It can be reproduced locally as well as on the demo page: https://embiem.github.io/react-canvas-draw/
