remove bootstrap-datepicker and bootstrap-timepicker and bootstrap-datetimepicker?

The only reason they are included were the bugs in the native pickers on the Samsung Tab 2.

I think these were all resolved when Samsung pushed the OS update. Can we assume this was installed?

They could simply be removed from /config.json

@kirang20 let me know what you think about users having updated to less buggy rom for Tab 2. Would be nice to remove this.

Sorry for the late response Martijn. There are still a few users using Tab
2 so we have to support Dristhi app (and hence Enketo forms) on Tab 2 for
some more time.

Thanks @kirang20. Did they update the OS though? That may have solved the issues
