Lack of input filtering

This bug might be known or fixed in an existing version already, i'm sorry if it is, since i didn't check for it

In the reactor redstone port for any setting where a number is required it is possible to input any character that is a combination of shift and a number key. this immediately crashes the game.

Details:

• minecraft version: 1.7.10
• FTB pack: Infinity evolved
• Mod version: 0.4.3A

I reproduced this bug successfully by trying to input "65%" into the setting for "turn on when energy storage is above x"
