How do we keep documentation up to date?

In particular, the documentation that is geared towards onboarding. Once folks are actively developing in Hydra, it is all too easy to move past the onboarding documentation and those are the folks who are most knowledgeable to keep it updated.

Helpful to prioritize which pieces of documentation are critical to keep updated.

Include GitHub issues in communication channels. Encourage folks to ask questions and raise technical discussions in GitHub issues, and include guidelines for why one might want to choose a GitHub issue over other modes of communication.
