ESP32-WROOM sends AT+MQTTPUB once, and other MQTT topic subscribers can receive two packets of information

@LeeGartu from the second gif, it seems that MQTT client subscribes esp32/test twice, the one is QoS0, the other is QoS2.
could you please double check that.
