We would like to discuss ethereum/RIPs#52

General discussion and feedback would be great and there are two specific open questions mentioned in the PR description: the exact contents of the EIP-4788-like ring buffer and the exact length of the EIP-2935-like ring buffer.

same—and i've only seen the edited issue body by accident. @jrudolf is there a way to get notified about when the date is set/announced? gh issue notifications don't show up for body edits, only for new issues/comments/...
