add % completed to scanner

for user mode we could count the number of folders in the top level directory and assuming that each is an artist (thus they contain a similar amount of music / average amount of music) we can just say what percentage of the folders have been scanned.

if multiple folders then each will be scanned in sequence and have its own percentage process
