chat not recognised (first install)

Hi, I've already installed this plugin on a raspberry pi 3.

I've created a new bot, I added the commands.
I've added the API token: Token test is OK.

But when on my phone I send a message to the bot I cannot receive any message on my Telegram app.
On the plugin setup page there is no Known chat, even with reload.

The log is attached: it seems to test token to a dummy token ID (perhaps is for safety sharing the log?)
