fisp 本地server 启动失败 #109

有一阵没有使用本地server 开发，启动server 的时候报错，大概是什么原因？？
bogon:nerve-webapp liaobin$ fisp server start --port 8083

checking java support : v1.6.0
checking php-cgi support : v5.5.29
starting fis-server ... fail
2016-07-29 17:18:21.346:INFO:oejs.Server:jetty-8.y.z-SNAPSHOT
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /java/Java.inc (No such file or directory)

[ERROR] fis-server fails to start at port [8083], error: /java/Java.inc (No such file or directory)

好像是没有安装前面的那两步
