Support vue-tsc v2.2

Describe the bug

vue-tsc v2.2 comes with support of Typescript 5.7 but vite-plugin-checker pin vue-tsc to ~2.1

Was pinned to 2.1.6 in #398. But I don't know enough (yet) to be able to understand the API change that lead to it.
