[firebase_app_installations] Firebase Installation ID not change when uninstall then reinstall with the same apk file

[x] Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 11
[x] Android version: 13
[x] Firebase_app_installations version: 0.2.4+5

I built an APK file then installed on my phone. If I wiped all data then FID will reset, but when I uninstall my app and reinstall it with the same APK, FID will always be the same every times I reinstall with that APK file.

I have try on different devices (such as: Samsung) FID always be reset after uninstall.

I expect FID will reset when uninstall app, what should I do?
