Add meta to the taps

Suggestion: when sending taps, add metadata that explains how it is related to the debugger. Something like this:

{:flowstorm/thread-id 205
 :flowstorm/timeline-index 65
 :flowstorm/expression "(get-value a b c)"
 :flowstorm/function "fqn.of.my.function"}

So that when inspecting a value in portal, you can quickly figure out its origin. I can file an issue if that’s helpful.
