Describe the bug

TRK & FL values on the MFD are not padded with leading 0s.

Expected behavior

TRK & FL values on the MFD should be padded with leading 0s.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Insert any data on the MFD such that there is a segment where you fly a track between 000-> 099 and an altitude below FL99
