Issue with Purchase Order/Sales Order creation from Blanket Order

Information about bug

• Create a Blanket Order, Add item with rate, no quantity defined because the quantity is not known at the time of creating a Blanket Order

• Create a Purchase Order or Sales Order based on Order Type. It does not take the items from the Blanket Order from which it was created. Also there is no option for "Get Items From" Blanket Order.

• Once the Sales Order / Purchase Order is saved and Submitted, it does not appear in Connections section of the Blanket Order. Also the "Ordered Quantity" in the Items table does not get updated in the Blanket Order.
