Weird behavior when expected progress is set to true

@safwansamsudeen I also needed planned, actual date illustration like #304 . Checking your comment, I tried show_expected_progress to true. In my demo below, I have made the show_expected_progress color to be red. As you can see, when start date is 2 days behind today (run the gif), the expected progress probably becomes 100%, that entire bar becomes red. Why is this behaviour?
