What is the state of the project?

Which open source VPN solutoin do you suggest to users which start from scratch today?

from scratch IPsec if you have 100% white IP (or IPv6)
openvpn if you have 1 white IP.
freelan from backup transfer in case you have 1 white IP and need a loots of data to transfer
