I had a similar issue too. I had to remove the line in your Preferences > Package Settings > Package Control > Settings – User file > installed_packages list since it referred to an old name of the package (with a lowercase B).

After completing Setup steps described in README.md next error occurs:
"The package 'SideBarEnhancements' is not available"
This is happening because 'SideBarEnhancements' package was removed from Sublime package control system:
wbond/package_control_channel@6940c5e
