Currently I can only pull to refresh, is there a way to do this in a stream?

Hey there, when new data arrives there is no update to the UI.
I would like to show a button "pull to refresh" or something to this effect. Is this possible/any recommendations how to do so? @ftognetto

Eg., on X, when there is no info a blue popover shows up telling you to pull/click to refresh
