New release?

v21 would be good? That's what I'm trying (and failing...) to use Hapi at the moment.

(I was using v18, then had to upgrade for security reasons. I've had to upgrade more or less everything else under the sun, but we're down to 47 compilation errors now :-D )

Alright, I’ll have a look on how to support hapi v21 and other versions as soon as possible. I appreciate your help if you want to submit a pull request :)
