Cannot remove custom CSS

After adding some CSS to my custom style and saving, I can't remove it all and then save again.

To test, I put the example rickroll detector in my custom CSS, saved, and tried to remove it again.
I then get an error that says "Something went wrong."

Using only a single space on the other hand allows me to save.

Probably the backend not accepting empty strings or what have you.
