I've had this question on the forums a few times, and I could not really find the right spot in the terms on this matter.
Imagine this:
I misbehave and get myself banned for it, but it was just a ban, not a total purge so all my messages and games remain.
Yet me being the copyright holder still have the right myself to ban Game Jolt in turn from hosting my games (that is just part of the copyright treaty, after all, unless using open licenses like GNUGPL, MPL, zLIB, MIT, etc).
Still since I cannot login any more when I'm banned I cannot remove them.
I've had a few request from people who claim to be banned, have created a secondary account in order to use the forums to request all their games to be removed. So far I've removed none, because in none of the requests I could verify the people are who they claim to be. Some people even accused GJ for denying the right to get the games removed.
So far I've just redirected everybody to [email protected] but since copyright violation could be involved in this matter, I was looking for a part in the terms I can just literally quote when another user like this comes up. (And in case I can verify the user is who he claims to be, should I then indeed remove all games as requested?)
