Does not prerender anymore with styled-components v3 or v4 #126

When implementing on the latest CRA but with styled-components v2 the styles ARE indeed rendered to the head. However, if you update to [email protected] or styled-components@v4the styles are NOT rendered.

seconded. with version 1.3.0 and "styled-components": "^4.4.1"
