Builtin Styles loaded even if not on login page

Dear all,

i noticed that the styles for this plugin (plugins/login/css/login.css) are loaded on every page while it should only be loaded on the actual login page where needed.

I know that it is really not much CSS, nevertheless we prefer to only load what is actually needed to improve our page performance. So is there already a setting or could this be improved?
