Question type for measuring light intensity

Problem description

I recently read a forum story where a user attempted to launch an external app to measure [Light Intensity](https://forum.getodk.org/t/importing-string-s-from-external-app-measuring-lux-light-intensity/51679). For an external app to provide a response back to ODK Collect, it must adhere to our specifications, which is typically not the case for most apps users find online.

I believe we could introduce a new question type specifically for measuring light intensity, making it possible to handle this directly within ODK Collect. This new question type could be modeled similarly to the Bearing one.

Similarly, we could extend support to other sensors, such as temperature and others.
