Old dryRun has been replaced by disable

Hi,

After some search the old dryRun option has been replaced by disablebut it was not obvious to me where to enable it since it comes from webpack-plugin.

So here the solution:

    ...
    unstable_sentryWebpackPluginOptions: {
      disable: !uploadToSentry,
    },
  };
