Nextjs will try to authenticate on build

Is there a way to disable the release creation on Nextjs build step? It's pretty annoying locally and I couldn't find this info in the Releases doc yet.

So far:

• the "dryRun" option for webpack seems to work but is barely documented
• specific to next, the "sentry.disableServerWebpackPlugin" and "sentry.disableClientWebpackPlugin" seem to fix it, but I am not sure how it interacts with "dryRun"
