When you have multiple Umbrel instances running on the same network, each instance typically requires a Bitcoin Core node or a Lightning node to function properly. However, if you already have both a Bitcoin Core node and a Lightning node running on the same device, you don't need to install another instance of these nodes for each Umbrel instance.
Instead, it would be helpful if the apps had an option to connect to a remote node. This way, you can use the existing Bitcoin Core or Lightning node on your device for multiple Umbrel instances, without needing to install additional instances.
