PTZ Controls not working

My PTZ controls have stopped working. If I have the camera showing online at its IP address, I can zoom, pan, etc., and it will change in OBS when I do. But in OBS, none of the controls for zooming or panning work and none of the presets work. It is a Prisual PTZ camera.

This morning I was online with Prisual support, and we verified that the network settings are correct, but were not able to solve the problem.

This afternoon I tried to download and update to PTZ controls v 15.4, but may have not done it properly. I don't think that was the problem, since it was not working before trying that.

I'm attaching the logs since I first noticed the problem.
