BottomSheetModal cut off at the top

I have a BottomSheetModal and a couple of absolute element that have a padding coming from useSafeAreaInsets, for some reason the get cut off, this for some reasons doesn't happen if I make the containers of the floating elements of a color different than transparent or if I close and reopen the app
