Fix minimal preset

Gandine fails with a forkchoice assertion failure thread main panicked at /fork_choice_store/src/store.rs:227:9 assertion left == right failed (We used the image ethpandaops/grandine:develop-minimal

Minimal preset for Deneb was updated with v1.5.0-alpha.10 specs. Relevant changes reside in devnet5 branch for now. Devnet5 branch seems to work with given Kurtosis config.
