Different contract whose function is constructing the tokenURI of a loan.

Pass a tokenId, and it valid (status: Status.Loan) it will construct the token id, with an image for rendering in explorer interfaces.

Inspiration: https://github.com/Uniswap/v3-periphery/blob/main/contracts/libraries/NFTDescriptor.sol
