Export the example for web and provide link in README

I think that will ve very helpful, given if people could see that the what effect actually does etc, or a simple example ( live web app) can also don't the thing with easy code copying option.

We do have the "everything_view" in the example app, but I can certainly see the value of putting the app on the web and linking it from the README. Currently there's a Flutter issue that makes the shimmer effect cause RTEs on web, so those effects wouldn't work.

Leaving this open to tackle after I at least resolve the RTEs on shimmer (though likely they still won't display on web until the Flutter issue is resolved).
