Energizar o robo
Cortar energia

Parametros:

enable: bool -> estado da energia no robô

Funcionamento:

Ativa ou desativa a energia no robo enablePower() disablePower()
Verifica se a instrução foi concluída
Envia uma mensagem de feedback, com o nome do evento (definir constante de prefixo POWER) e constantes para o status
kill na task criada para execução taskKill(<task_name/>)

Constantes:

nome do evento: POWER
status: ON, OFF, ERROR
