Сделал через metaflac. У меня не во всех монолитах прописаны правильные теги (в cue зачастую более правильно), и не все теги из cue переносятся в нарезанные треки. Потому вот такой вот огород. Сначала пишем теги через cuetag (cuetag делает remove-all-tags, потому порядок важен), а потом уже пишем теги, которые не прописал cuetag, но в исходном монолите они есть. Как-то так получилось..
Если надо, могу pull request :)
