For some reason, H2 headers (lines prefixed with ##) aren't included in the table of contents (ToC). It does render a space for them. 😕

I'll need to test if Hugo is rendering blog pages differently than the docs, but the way this fixes on the Docs side is to not use an H1 - start at H2, then H3, etc. (So H1 -> H2, H2 -> H3, etc.)
