House Rent System, which i am developing is my personal site which i am first time trying with Smarty and Codeigniter combination. I am well aware of Codeigniter as i have worked with it for quite a time, but on other hand smarty is new to me.
So this project is for my learning purpose, and hopefully it will be completed someday :)
