title in DocBook. The copyright, authorship and time-stamp from the three
lines above the first section header will also be grokked and spewed out.

A chapter can have paragraphs in it.
Everything can have paragraphs in it that is allowable in DocBook, which
is pretty much everything. Except the stuff that isn't. Sorry. Perhaps
some day when I'm not so lazy, I'll write a remark DTD and associated DSSSL
stylesheets that work on a "better" underlying model.
Yeah, right.

Sections can have paragraphs inside of them, too.
Paragraphs start with two spaces. They can have *emphasised* text in them
and it should look right in the output. There can also be _literal_ text,
and text in keycaps: $$a=b+1$$. Equations are on the way, I hope.

Note: If you start a paragraph with one or two words followed a colon, the
word(s) before the colon will be emphasized. This *only* works at the start
of a paragraph, and only when the paragraph looks like it is not a comment
or other marginalia.
When editing remark'ed text like this in Emacs, M-q should always be
"safe," e.g. it won't screw you over, no matter where you hit it, due to the
buffer-local settings in Local variables, at bottom.
This next section here without a name will be treated as an unnamed
section with a revision log in it. You can force it to be spewed out into
DocBook with the -r option.

Fixed emphasis/keycaps handling in a generic way. Fixed the template
