Changing character stats is not working

Describe the bug
Generating a config and editing the values doesn't do anything on my RoR2 Modman profile.
(Character being tested was artificer for reference in the .cfg)

Additional context
I tested this on a fresh profile separated from my modpack with just custom run & the dependencies and still couldn't get it to work.

The log still references other mods that are not on my profile and I have no clue why. I tried clearing cache and deleting 100% of my profiles (and directory BepInEx is installed in for good measure) and moon tunes still pops up in the console, no idea if it's related to the bug or not but I felt like I should explain why it's there.
