No "Join beta channel" menu item #23782

Describe the issue you are experiencing

It was stated many times in Community about "Join beta channel":
Settings → System → Updates → 3-dot menu → Join beta channel

But I do not see this menu item:

Honestly, I do not remember, may be I already joined it a few years ago.
But this absent menu item makes a confusion.

Describe the behavior you expected

The "Join beta channel" menu item is shown.
Probably, if a user already joined - then it should be reflected here somehow.
