Is your feature related to a problem?

Now the pattern is random, what is good in overall sense, but it has a few cases where it should be more presice.

Describe the feature you'd like

  1. When the Availability Monitor starts, the first it should check for routes every ~10s unitll it finds them.
  2. After 10min of not finding routes, it can switch to 30s-60s of interval for checks
  3. After 60min of not finding routes, it can switch to 10min interval for checks
  4. When routes change drastically (TBD), the AM should switch the interval of cheks from 0-10min to something like 0-3min untill the stituation becomes more stable
